Responsible party according to section 4 GDPR and section 55 of the Interstate Broadcasting Agreement (Rundfunkstaatsvertrag) and service provider according to the German Teleservices Act (Telemediengesetz TMG) is bow ingenieure gmbh (details: see above).

All personal data we collect, we will only collect, process and use for the declared cause. We only do this in accordance with current laws and regulations or with your consent. According to the EU-GDPR you have the right to the disclosure of your collected data at any time and free of charge and as the circumstances require the correction, blockage or deletion of this data. The extent and kind of collestion and usage of your data differs depending on wether you visit our website to get information or if you make use of the services we offer:

For the informational use of our website it is generally not necessary to disclore personal data. 7. Note on data transfer to the USA and other third countries

We use, among other things, tools from companies based in the USA or other third countries that are not secure in terms of data protection. If these tools are active, your personal data may be transferred to these third countries and processed there. We would like to point out that a level of data protection comparable to the EU cannot be guaranteed in these countries. For example, US companies are obliged to hand over personal data to security authorities without you as the data subject being able to take legal action against this. It cannot therefore be ruled out that US authorities (e.g. secret services) process, evaluate and permanently store your data on US servers for surveillance purposes. We have no influence on these processing activities.

We delete the data as soon as the reason for the storage no longer exists, except when retention persiods or statues of limitations of data, which is potentially subject of prosecution, hinders this (in this case the processing of data is limited according to section 18 GDPR).

Google Web Fonts (local hosting)

This site uses so-called web fonts, which are provided by Google, for the uniform display of fonts. The Google Fonts are installed locally. There is no connection to Google servers.

This site uses the map service Google Maps. The provider is Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
